COVID-19: Our response and information for clients
Effective immediately, our Manchester office is closed as a safety response to COVID-19. Colleagues have been sent home and will be working remotely. Find out what this means for you as a client, and how to contact us during this unusual period.
Our response to COVID-19
In response to novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the senior team at Autonomous Digital have made the decision to send all our colleagues home, effective immediately. We take the safety of our workers very seriously. It is our belief that this is in the best interests of everyone to prevent the spread of the virus.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will keep in regular contact with our team members. Our team will continue working from the office as and when we feel that the situation allows. We will heed government advice in relation to COVID-19 and base our decisions on this going forward.
Our team are no strangers to working remotely, and many of them do so on a regular basis. As a result of this, we do not expect our work output to be directly impacted by this decision. We have strong trust in the self-discipline of our team members. We trust that working remotely for an extended period will not be an issue.
Our phone lines will continue to operate, however a limited number of team members will have access to them. Because of this, you may experience a delay in your call being answered. Therefore, we recommend that the best way to contact us is via email.
For clients, you should use: email@example.com. Alternatively, if you know the email address of the person who you need to speak to, you can email them directly.
If you are not an existing client, use firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
